Project Overview:

JMS delivered a complete turnkey solution for this project, managing all aspects from civil works through to fabrication, installation, and commissioning. Our team performed detailed excavations, completed major concrete works, refurbished existing bins, and fabricated new steel structures and gantries. The result was a fully integrated system, ready for operation.

Scope of Works

Civil Works

• Detailed excavations for foundations up to 700mm deep

• Multilayer reinforcing and formwork

• Construction across multiple pier locations with minimal tolerance requirements

Refurbishment Works

• Refurbishment of 60T silo, including modified mounting points and new entry access

• Industrial cleaning and on-site painting

• Full strip, inspection, and repair of container lifter

• Crack repair, NDT testing, and machining of mechanical components

• Abrasive blasting and repainting

Fabrication Works

• Fabrication of all structural components

• Manufacture of new gallery sections and container lifter

• Fabrication of all walkways, handrails, and monorail cranes

Installation & Commissioning

• Installation of all fabricated items from the ground up

• Integration of new galleries into existing building infrastructure

• Installation of piping, load cells, refurbished silo, and container lifters

• Full system commissioning and operational testing
