Full Turnkey Solution


Project Overview:

JMS delivered a full turnkey solution for the complete replacement of an existing conveyor structure. Our scope included design and drafting, fabrication, supply of all new components, on-site installation, and commissioning.


The new conveyor structure measured 50 metres in length, with installation successfully completed within a two-week timeframe.


Scope of Works


Design and Drafting

  • Detailed design and drafting of all new structural components

  • Engineering review and verification prior to fabrication


Fabrication and Supply

  • Fabrication of new conveyor structure and support components

  • Quality assurance checks and delivery to site


Installation and Commissioning

  • On-site removal of existing structure

  • Installation of new 50m conveyor structure

  • Full commissioning to ensure operational readiness
